Pilates is a fantastic way of strengthening the whole body. We will be running some Pilates classes later in the year which will run all year round. The classes are suitable for beginners/intermediates of all ages who want to improve their core strength, but also for triathletes, runners, swimmers and cyclists who want to reduce their risk of injury.
There will also be some 4 week courses for complete beginners to learn the principles of pilates and how to properly engage your muscles. We strongly recommend doing the 4 week course before doing the weekly sessions.
Each session will last 60 minutes and Mats will be provided although you are welcome to bring your own!
