We will be running 6 week Pilates courses suitable for beginners and Intermediates on Friday Mornings. Pilates is a fantastic way of strengthening the whole body. The courses are suitable for beginners of all ages who want to improve their core strength, but also for triathletes, runners, swimmers and cyclists who want to reduce their risk of injury.
Each class will last 60 minutes and Mats will be provided although you are welcome to bring your own!
