The Intermediate courses are for adults (over 16) and follow on from the Beginner courses and are designed to improve your Front Crawl technique, increase your fitness and build on your stroke and confidence.
We run two intermediate sessions per week on Monday and Wednesday (both 7-8pm). The courses are 6 weeks but the content rolls on from the previous course so you can really focus on improving your swimming, but also your fitness as each course is slightly different and enables participants to swim almost all year round if they wish.
Each session in a course will consist of technique aspects based on the Swim Smooth methodology and fitness/endurance aspects.
The courses are limited in size to ensure that there is no overcrowding and so that everyone gets a quality workout regardless of your speed!

The courses are both based at Chesham Moor Gym and Swim in Chesham which is a stunning Open Air pool, which is heated all year round. The pool uses Ionisation and Solar Power to ensure that it is environmentally friendly and almost Chemical Free. The facilities are accessible to all.
