We offer Online Coaching for anyone who wants to improve their performance or train for their first triathlon. Monthly programmes can be swim, bike, run or Triathlon related. If you would like a Gym-based monthly plan, please visit the Personal Training pages.
Online coaching is perfect if you need a bit of guidance on how to structure your training and improve your performance during the season, but we feel that working with the individual is key so offer a flexible approach and can work with you to achieve your goals.
What is included:
- Weekly training programme sent via email.
- Weekly email correspondance to ensure that the following weeks session reflects your feedback and suits your goals.
